Chef de partie — Sioux County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Sioux County, North Dakota. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
