Short order cook — Kershaw County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Kershaw County, South Carolina. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
