Urgent requirement: insulation worker (Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an insulation worker in Rappahannock County, Virginia. The role involves torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Willing to travel between sites Six days a week, one day off.
