Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Red Willow County, Nebraska. You will work at a banquet hall. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
