Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in McPherson County, Nebraska. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Performance bonus on top of base pay.
