Trainee butcher wanted in Cheshire County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Cheshire County, New Hampshire. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
