Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Montgomery County, Indiana. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
