Vacancy available: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Baruten, Kwara State. The job is on a high-rise façade. Day-to-day duties: • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. ₦265,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
