Great opportunity: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon, Northern Ireland. You should have: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection You will operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring.
