Stainless steel welder — Jefferson Davis County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Jefferson Davis County, Mississippi. Ideal candidate: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) The role involves run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
