Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Kwaya Kusar, Borno State. The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer ₦280,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
