Argon arc welder wanted in Bon Homme County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Bon Homme County, South Dakota. You will work on a structural steel site. On a typical shift you will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
