Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Bursari Local Government Area, Yobe State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
