Steel erection rigger — Atakunmosa West

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Atakunmosa West, Osun State. You will be based at a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Your main tasks: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
