You should have: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish On a typical shift you will knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line.
