Backhoe loader operator • Castro County, Texas

Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Castro County, Texas. You will be based on a busy construction site. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination The role involves: • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook 5+ years on the tools preferred.
