Rebar fixer wanted in Plymouth County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Plymouth County, Iowa. The job is at a precast concrete yard. The role involves: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level 6+ years on the tools preferred.
