Sausage maker — Stafford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Stafford County, Kansas. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Part-time with flexible hours.
