Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Shelby County, Kentucky. You will be based on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
