Gas service engineer • White County, Arkansas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas service engineer in White County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation Requirements: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Able to read isometric and site drawings At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
