Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Grant County, Oklahoma. The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
