Man and van mover wanted in Aberdeen City

Great opportunity: we are hiring a man and van mover in Aberdeen City, Scotland. The job is at a student halls move-out. Ideal candidate: • Good manual handling technique and awareness of health and safety • Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions from the crew leader • Flexible availability including early starts and occasional weekends On the job you will handle: • Lay down floor protection sheets before starting work in a customer's home • Secure loads in the van with ratchet straps and blankets to stop shifting in transit • Operate a tail lift to load heavy or bulky items into the van • Disconnect and reconnect washing machines and white goods where required • Carry boxes and heavy items up and down stairs using proper lifting technique Full-time with occasional weekends.
