Scullery hand wanted in Champaign County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Champaign County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 2+ years on the tools preferred.
