Immediate opening: power float operator (England)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a power float operator in Walsall, England. You will work on a road and bridge project. Day to day you will erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours 6+ years on the tools preferred.
