Kitchen steward — Grant County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Grant County, Indiana. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Your main tasks: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
