Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Door County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a catering unit. Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Meals and transport allowance provided.
