Kitchenhand wanted in Duval County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Duval County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Meals and transport allowance provided.
