Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Clark County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Day to day you will set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter.
