Backhoe loader operator wanted in Dubuque County

Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Dubuque County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension. You should have: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift.
