You will season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
