Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
