Excavator operator wanted in Greensville County

Now hiring: we are hiring an excavator operator in Greensville County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster Day-to-day duties: • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
