Milling machinist — Calvert County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a milling machinist in Calvert County, Maryland. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Day to day you will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
