Now hiring: we are hiring a glass fitter in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a busy glazing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred On the job you will handle: • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film Full-time, day shift. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
