Vacancy available: we are hiring a guest service agent in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State. You will work in a boutique or independent hotel. Ideal candidate: • Well presented with a professional, welcoming manner • Right to work and, where required, an ID/background check • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset On the job you will handle: • Process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes • Handle same-day, online and phone reservations • Answer incoming calls and route them to the right department • Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and housekeeping status Rotating shifts.
