Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in LeFlore County, Oklahoma. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
