Now hiring: we are hiring a horticulturist in Bartholomew County, Indiana. You will be based in a residential garden complex. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Day-to-day duties: • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
