Bar bender and fixer wanted in Mitchell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Mitchell County, Texas. You will work on a busy residential building site. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Day-to-day duties: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
