Urgent requirement: dish pit attendant (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Highland County, Ohio. You will work in a catering unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day to day you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass.
