The role involves wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio. What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
