Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in The Scottish Borders, Scotland. Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
