Urgent requirement: meat cutter (Georgia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Jones County, Georgia. You will work in a meat processing plant. The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Performance bonus on top of base pay.
