Brick mason wanted in Marion County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a brick mason in Marion County, Missouri. You will work on a busy housing site. Requirements: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets On a typical shift you will installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
