Urgent requirement: cook (Kansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Wabaunsee County, Kansas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
