Aluminium tig welder wanted in Ado-Ekiti

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. Requirements: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Your main tasks: • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
