Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
