Immediate opening: we are hiring a maintenance and repair technician in City of York, England. Your main tasks: • Align and balance rotating equipment such as fans and shafts • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and reset fault codes • Keep a maintenance log of work carried out and spare parts used • Replace worn bearings, seals, belts and couplings • Read hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagrams to troubleshoot faults What we are looking for: • Confident reading technical and electrical drawings • Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC systems Full-time with occasional weekends.
