Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Oscoda County, Michigan. You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
