Steel erection rigger wanted in Antelope County

Join our team: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Antelope County, Nebraska. You will work in a steel fabrication yard. Day-to-day duties: • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites 4+ years on the tools preferred.
