Join our team: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Tazewell County, Illinois. You will be based in a commercial cold storage facility. The role involves recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; clean condenser and evaporator coils; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
